As of August 2026, they still haven't fixed their app. (orig review is from May) Can no longer leave any notes or add signs of illness. It's been very slow to connect with the tracker and usually takes several attempts. The single time I got a hint at an error pop-up, it was just an empty dialog box with an "ok" button in it. I can't safely rely on this anymore for tracking, unfortunately.

How hard is it to make an app nowadays? Even AI can make better apps than this. Connecting to the device is a chore, I can't record ANY events like mealtime, insulin injection time, etc. It's probably because we don't pay enough for the test strips... There's also uncertainty with how accurate the readings are and studies support this, the vet seems to get completely different results when they test. I've done the calibration, ensured the settings are for the right species, yet it seems off.

Linking is easy. My phone asks for location to be on as well as Bluetooth and as soon as I turn location on it automatically syncs. If im sinking after the bg and turn the device on you just have to press the buttons to turn Bluetooth on the device on. The only time I had issues with connecting is when I also had the libre as well. At some point it stopped letting me log data like food and insulin. Wont let me hit the add button. Reinstalling helped.
